How credits work cover artwork

Credits are the single unit of usage across every capability on Ozzie Spark.

Instead of separate limits for chat, documents, spreadsheets, images, or video, everything runs on one balance. That keeps the system simple: you always know what you have left.

What credits are used for

Credits power the work Ozzie does for you, including:

  • chat and research
  • Word documents and PDFs
  • Excel spreadsheets and CSV files
  • presentations
  • images
  • video
  • website drafts

Simple tasks cost less. Heavier tasks — like documents, spreadsheets, images, or video — cost more.

Fast, Pro, and Ultra

Before a task runs, you can choose a tier:

  • Fast — quick and efficient
  • Pro — stronger quality for more demanding work
  • Ultra — top-end quality when it matters most

Higher tiers may use more credits because they cost more to run.

Approval before expensive work

For higher-cost tasks, Ozzie quotes the credit amount first and asks you to approve before continuing.

That means no surprise deductions on bigger jobs.

Plan credits and pack credits

There are two kinds of credits:

  • Plan credits — included with Pro or Ultra each billing cycle. These reset each period and do not roll over.
  • Pack credits — purchased as top-ups. These do not expire and stay available after a subscription ends.

When you use Ozzie, plan credits are spent first, then pack credits.

Free start

New accounts receive free starter credits so you can try the platform before upgrading.

If those run out, you can:

  • buy a credit pack, or
  • upgrade to Pro or Ultra

Simple by design

One balance. Clear quotes on bigger tasks. No need to track separate limits for every tool.

That's how credits work on Ozzie Spark.
