Credits are charged per completed request, not per word. Conversation costs 1, code 3, documents 4 and images 8. Anything above 3 credits asks for your approval first, so you can never be surprised by a big spend.

Your account moves into Basic Mode: a lighter text-only conversation agent with 10 messages per day. Generation agents pause. Top up a credit pack or start a plan and full capability returns immediately.

What is a dormant account?

If an account stays in Basic Mode for 30 days it becomes dormant and chat pauses. Nothing is deleted — a top-up reactivates it straight away.
