Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ozzie Spark ("Ozzie Spark", "we", "us") is an Australian business operating an AI super-agent platform.

By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Ozzie Spark is for people aged 18 years or older. You must confirm you are 18 or older when you sign up. If we learn an account holder is under 18 we may close the account.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email and password or with Google. Do not share your account with anyone else.

4. Credits and billing

  • Credits are the unit of use on the platform. Requests consume credits when they complete.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST — the listed amount is the total charged.
  • The free plan includes a one-off allocation of welcome credits. Welcome credits have no cash value.
  • Pro and Ultra are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Plan credits are granted each billing cycle, reset at the start of each cycle, and do not roll over.
  • Credit packs are one-off purchases and never expire.
  • When you run a request, plan credits are spent first and pack credits are spent afterwards.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
  • Requests above the approval threshold are quoted and require your explicit approval before running.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.
  • Your plan and its remaining plan credits stay available until the end of the current paid period.
  • There is no pro-rata refund for unused subscription time.
  • After the period ends your account returns to the free plan.

6. Account deletion

  • You can delete your account yourself from the billing page.
  • Any active subscription is cancelled as part of deletion.
  • Your account data — chats, projects, uploads and generated files — is deleted.
  • Unused plan credits and pack credits are forfeited with no cash refund and cannot be transferred.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ozzie Spark to:

  • break Australian law or any law that applies to you;
  • create content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses a person;
  • produce malware, spam, or material designed to deceive or defraud;
  • infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or resell access to the platform.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section, without refund.

8. Your content and output

You keep ownership of what you submit. You also own the output generated for you, to the extent that ownership is legally possible. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service. We do not use your conversations to train models.

9. AI output disclaimer

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Ozzie Spark is not professional legal, medical, financial or engineering advice. You are responsible for reviewing generated text, code, figures, documents and media before you rely on or publish them.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We rely on third-party model providers and infrastructure, and features may change, be paused or be withdrawn. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of the service and are not charged for.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will note the change on this page. If a change materially affects you, continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
