Privacy Policy

1. Our approach

Ozzie Spark (ABN 11 317 453 573) is an Australian business based in Middle Ridge QLD 4350. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect the minimum we need to run the platform.

2. What we collect

• Account details: your email address, display name and avatar if you provide one.
• Chats and messages: your threads, prompts, projects and the output generated for you.
• Uploads: files you attach — documents, spreadsheets, CSVs, PDFs, presentations, images and audio.
• Generated files: documents, spreadsheets, presentations, images, video and websites Ozzie produces for you.
• Credits and billing records: your balance, credit ledger, plan status and payment records from Stripe.
• Support and contact messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Basic logs: technical logs needed for security, error tracking and abuse prevention.

3. Why we collect it

• To create and secure your account.
• To run your requests through the orchestrator and specialist agents.
• To keep an accurate credit balance and ledger.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To answer support enquiries and fix faults.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Sign-in

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google sign-in. If you use Google, we receive your email address and basic profile details from Google — we never receive your Google password.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe and we never see or store your full card number. We keep records of the amount, date, plan or pack purchased, and Stripe's customer and subscription identifiers.

6. AI processing

To answer your requests, prompt content — including text from files you upload — is sent to OpenRouter and on to the underlying model providers that generate the response. This is inference only: your conversations are not used to train our models and we do not sell your data. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, financial or health information in prompts.

7. Hosting, storage and security

Account, thread, message and billing data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure (Lovable Cloud), hosted in the Asia Pacific region (Singapore). Row-level access controls mean only your account can read your data. Uploads and generated files are kept in private storage and are only reachable through signed links issued to you, which expire about seven days after they are created. Data is encrypted in transit.

8. Overseas disclosure

Some of our infrastructure and our AI model providers operate outside Australia, including in Singapore, the United States and the European Union. By using the platform you accept that your data may be processed overseas. We only use providers that offer appropriate security and confidentiality terms.

9. Retention and deletion

• We keep your account data while your account is active.
• Files you upload, and files Ozzie generates for you, are held in private storage for about seven days. Their download links stop working at that point, and an automated daily job deletes the files themselves. Download anything you want to keep.
• Deleting a thread or project removes it from the platform.
• You can delete your whole account yourself from the billing page. This cancels any subscription and deletes your chats, projects, uploads, generated files and profile.
• We keep limited billing and tax records where the law requires it, even after deletion.

10. Access, correction and complaints

You can request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing infoozziespark@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

11. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

12. Children

Ozzie Spark is for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has created an account.

We will post any update to this policy on this page.
