Refund Policy

1. Pricing

All prices on Ozzie Spark are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. The listed amount is the total charged to your card. Payments are processed by Stripe.

2. No change-of-mind refunds

Because credits give you immediate access to paid AI processing, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused time, or because you decided the service is not for you.

3. Subscriptions

• You can cancel a Pro or Ultra subscription at any time from the billing page.
• Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• There is no pro-rata refund for the remaining days of a period.

4. Plan credits

Plan credits are included with a subscription. They have no cash value, are not refundable, reset at the start of each billing cycle, and do not roll over.

5. Credit packs

Credit packs never expire, but they also have no cash value. We do not refund unused or partially used packs.

6. Cancellation and account deletion

If you cancel or delete your account, any unused plan credits and pack credits are forfeited. No cash refund is issued and credits cannot be transferred to another account.

7. When we will refund

We will always fix a billing mistake. We refund:

• duplicate charges for the same purchase;
• failed or incomplete charges where money was still taken;
• clear platform billing errors, such as being charged the wrong amount or being charged for credits that were never granted.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service we supply fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under that law.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. Unexplained chargebacks may result in your account being suspended while the matter is investigated.
